Hello! hello hello hello,

"I bring a message of the music  from the heart."

It was an honor to be ceremoniously given the title "Bard of Heart' by the 'Silver branch of British Druids'.

I had won The 'Chair of Small World.' The only floating bardic Chair of Albion, the Chair of the traveler.

This was back in the days that I walked with the "The Mytho Poets Of Albion."

From fireside to Henge we would travel, find us at the dark ends of the festivals. There you would hear ancient stories retold by a new breed of journey men and wild wise women rediscovering the brand new traditions.

Confessions this time spilling from a generation that has raised itself on hip hops rhyming stories, has danced its self awake with body moving bass lines and intoxicating rhythm.

It was an exciting time to be part of the reawakening of the spoken word tradition.

'Let's start soul expansion,

Let's build mansions of creativity,

Let's let the energy roll, like the rivers rushing,

Mud banks crushing,

Let's pick out a place and away to go,

Lets generate life force,

Let's lift up the mist of illusion and objection, created by ourselves as we

keep looking for direction and keep stealing,

                                                                mixing up the energy,

yapping and distracting and nagging and I really confuse me.'

I have been performing poetry since 2002.

It began with a slot at Moksha Medicine.

A cabaret night at The 491 Gallery in Leytonstone, that was, in part, the heart of the incredibly bright and beautifuly bonkers community that had produced legendary counter culture classic, 24 hour play, rave, happening, 'The Warp', only a few years before.

We ran shows through the night in home grown community centres, abandoned libraries and turrets, London's faded glory places, spaces ignored by all but us ready to play and share, dance sing and shag, philosophies and orginise. They called me Mr Pepper, and I was known mainly for whooping up squats full of hippies and beautiful freaks into raising the rafters with this,

'We Shaman,

We Showman,

We Shaman,

We Showman,

From the Incas in the Andes to the Druids in the Britain it's written,

Energy chaotically within us is driven,

That the Cosmos that's about is automatically given,

By the focus of attention to the life that your living.'

Since then a whole universe has opened up to me with performances up and down the UK, supporting  many community events.

Performing across every kind of stage and visiting many poetical places, slams and jams, I am mostly at home at a mix bag of a cabaret night, say 230 people packed into the tent, to keep out of the torrential, thundering rain storm out in the dark night. The energy in the air is alive to the touch.

I am also honored to have spoke  to thousands at public demonstrations.

And to have worked for 15 years, one to one, in communication training with Marie Curie and NHS end of life specialists.

Over a life time in the performing arts I have played Shakespeare and Brecht from the Fringe to the The BAC.

Been a Butlins Red, a tour guide and a magic man, I've hosted game shows where I gave away luxury cars.

Featured as a monster in  a horror film, Held naming ceremonies and blessings, solstice rituals and cabaret.
